Well, I did it again...got in a hurry, thought I was all set and nope.  We have been looking for quite some time for a new truck, no big deal.  Until you want specific features, then its a little tougher.  So we finally find the right one and we hop on a plane to go get it in Oklahoma.  (No salt on the roads equals no rust on the truck , the reason we went so far to get one) 
 I take minimal stuff, we are only going over night.  Sure enough, on the plane a nice guy sits by Dave and I and we start talking about oils and you guessed it...I didn't bring any.  So, that is exactly the reason they should go everywhere with me. 
 On the up side it is a really nice truck.
 
 

 Refreshing Green Tea
Steep 3 or 4 bags in hot water, 
add raw honey to taste, a few sprigs of 
fresh spearmint, rosemary and a drop of lemongrass.  Refrigerate a few hours, stir, pour and enjoy.  Compliments to my friend Lisa. 

   That is the one thing that we can not make more of.  It is your time, spend it wisely.   Cherish it.
 Enjoy it.  Make the most of it.  
   On this Sunday morning, I am thinking about my Mom and how she would listen to hymn time.  I am so thankful she chose to spend her time with me.  She had a choice.  She taught me to listen to God, my heart, my gut.  So I am glad that I took the time to listen to her.  She gave me great advice. 

 Some of the reason I enjoy essential oils is that I can have in common with people something else to share.  There has probably been more than once that a few of my friends knew if anyone said they had a less than favorable situation, I would reply with "I have an oil for that."  So much so that one of my friends even replied to some one that "she has an oil for that " as she is pointing at me.  So aside from the fact that it may bug a few of my friends, I would hope that they know I would go the extra mile for them.  Part of this essential oil journey is building relationships, for that I am thankful . 

 One of the things that led me to alternatives, to use in addition to western medicine is that my family is so important to me.  I wanted to use any form of help for them that I could, if it would make them happy and healthy.
  If you bought new tires but only inflated them half way, they probably would not last as long...I feel the same way about our life. 
 God gives every man free will, to make any choice they want and those choices have an effect.  So I choose to use all forms of help for my life.  Prayer, oils, good food, family, the list goes on and on but I think you get the picture.

Today I am very lucky to have a wonderful future daughter in law and son, I love the  essential oils, but always my family.  Blessed

Everyday I think about the people that were in my life that have passed away.  Everyday I am thankful for them and the fact that they taught me right from wrong.  My Mom, Grandma, Grandpa, and my Great Grandma.  These were some of the most kind people, genuine, honest, hardworking.  Without them my life, it would have turned out very differently.  When I first lost them the pain was so great that I couldn't really think about them without crying.  Now I can hardly think of them and not smile, mostly I find myself thinking about the things we did together, and the lessons it taught me.  I say time and time again, the things they would say, and why they would say that.  Almost daily there is a situation that will come up and I will employ some of their words. I am forever grateful.   

If everyone would always treat each other as if it were the last time we may all be a little nicer.
